Oh hey! I’m Ella, I’m a licensed esthetician in both Oregon and Arizona, but have found my home base in Bend Oregon where I grew up. I attended Aveda Institute in Phoenix Arizona where I learned both the holistic, and traditional side of esthetics. I’m forever on a journey to master my craft and learn more about the industry. Esthetics has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I’ve always had a passion for connecting with people, trying new things, and of course the Beauty Industry. This industry is one of the most “magical” things; and is always changing- I think that’s part of why I love it so much. For me this is more then just a business, it’s a friendship between you and I. Cancellation Policy
Life can be unpredictable. However, to provide the best service to all clients, we have established the following . We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer that time slot to other clients. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service price.
Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the FULL service price. No shows are considered 5-10 minutes late. We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation and reschedule. Clients who frequently cancel appointments may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings. Cancellations fees will be charged to the payment method on file or billed to you directly.
Children policy!
We love kids, but in order to make this the most smooth, relaxing, and keep your children safe, we ask you leave your children at home. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to seeing you soon!
